I played D&D 4.0 and wasn't a big fan. But I do love the races. They are powerful, creative, and interesting. However, some races are overpowered like the Changling who can change physical appearance any time. I also think certain classes are great while others are too weak. The classes are restricting and lack customization. I don't like the powers system and multi-classing is now awful compared to previous editions. I also do not like the use of healing surges. I feel that the game is very limiting and find it hard to enjoy. I now prefer playing TIER. But if I had to play D&D again, I would play D&D 3.5 instead of 4th edition. If someone is currently playing D&D 4.0, please explain what you like about it. Maybe I judged it too harshly or missed something important about it.

I know it is best to at least put some support in to my arguments....but DND 4.0 needs to burn. It is such garbage!

Do people still play 4.0? Why? What are they trying to salvage from it? They must realize that just because a company is big, does not mean that they will continually create a great product. Nobody is perfect and Wizards has proven that by creating this game!

D&D 4.0 is slow and boring. I went to The Rock Game Store last night and watched a group playing D&D 4.0. It was terrible! The combat rounds take forever! Players have multiple character sheets, index cards with powers, and more dice than they know what to do with. It was so disorganized and stupid. Players were confused and taking too long while other players waited in boredom. The DM also had too many monsters and things going on, which bogged down the game even further.
Play TIER and have fun! Stop torturing players with bad games that are long, boring, and require work to enjoy.
