The Masteries are organized into the following categories: Basic, Offensive, Unique Attacks, Defensive, Unique Defenses, Magic, Personality, Transformations, Miscellaneous, and Epic Masteries. Below are the full details for 3 random masteries:
Perfect Strike I: Make 1 unique melee/ranged attack per round with double your attack bonus. At Epic levels, you can make 2 Perfect Strike attacks per round. Pre-req: 16+ Dex.
Hyper: You are energetic and always on your toes. Gain +1 on all dice rolls. At Epic levels, it becomes +2. Pre-req: 12+ Dex.
Blind-fighting I: Gain Blindsight 15 ft. radius. At Epic levels, it increases to a 30 ft. radius. Pre-req: 14+ Wis.

Here are some more Masteries for you all to think about.
Extreme Initiative: Gain +8 on initiative checks.
Accuracy I: Gain +3 on all attack rolls.
Damage Boost: Gain +2 damage for all attacks in melee, ranged, and magic.
Elemental Warrior: You trained heavily with one element (earth/acid, fire/sun, air/electricity, or water/cold.) and developed special abilities. Choose one element and you take half damage from all attacks of that element. All melee and ranged weapons you wield automatically deal +1 damage of the element you choose and ignore energy resistance/immunity. Any used projectile weapons, however, lose this extra elemental damage 1 round after release. You ignore damage reduction of any creature with that element subtype. You may score critical hits and sneak attacks against a creature with that element subtype. You also gain +2 AC and +2 on all dice rolls against a creature with that element subtype and against any attacks of that element.

I'm always looking for new ways to improve TIER. I recently updated the two Masteries listed below. I hope you like them.
Rich Boy: You come from a wealthy noble family. They want to ensure that you are well-prepared for adventuring. You receive a family inheritance of 5,000gp. You also gain +1 Initiative, +1 on Will saves, and +2 on Diplomacy, Intimidate, Knowledge (History), Knowledge (Local), Knowledge (Nobility and Royalty), Perform (Dance), and Ride skill checks. At Epic levels, you receive an additional family inheritance of 75,000gp and double all numeric bonuses in this Mastery. Pre-req: This Mastery can only be taken at 1st level because you must be born and raised by a noble family.
Improved Visibility: Gain low-light vision and darkvision up to 30 ft. If you already have low-light vision and/or darkvision, they each increase by 30 ft. You also gain a +3 misc. bonus to Appraise, Craft, Decipher Script, Disable Device, Forgery, Search, Spot, and Survival skill checks. Read Chapter 3 for more information about “Low-light” and “Darkvision”. At Epic levels, your low-light and darkvision increase an additional 30 ft. and the misc. bonus on Appraise, Craft, Decipher Script, Disable Device, Forgery, Search, Spot, and Survival checks becomes +5. Pre-req: 12+ Int or Wis.
