If you are making a warrior, what do you prefer: Strength or Dexterity?

When I think "warrior", I think Barbarian. When I think Barbarian, I think big, dumb, and really strong. Obviously he is going to blast his strength through the roof and make dex and con his secondary choices and totally ignoring mental stats - he has no need for them. Now when you throw magic tendencies into his abilities, suddenly, dex is not as important anymore and mental stats are starting to look quite enticing, but still strength is the primary focus.

Since the post I left above, I have created a Half-orc named Gorbag. He is a big, strong, dumb, but sensitive brute. He has extremely low mental scores and makes them up with his physical capabilities. He may be a simple creature, but he is surely a force to reckon with. Gorbag has high strength, dexterity, and constitution, making him into a pretty strong tank. He could have done without some of the dexterity and gained some wisdom, but it is a part of who he is.
